This session can be customised to your individual needs and taken at your own pace. It will start and end with a guided meditation and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Personal Yoga Posture - If you've ever wondered if youre doing a pose correctly, this session is for you. Throughout the hour we will focus on the nuances of posture and alignment in each yoga pose. Working with your individual body, as no two bodies are the same, we will practise some of the common poses taught in yoga classes and how to be in each pose correctly. This session will start and end with a guided meditation to aid relaxation.
Couples Yoga - A Couples Yoga session is a great way to unwind and relax together. The session will begin and end with a guided meditation and in between we will explore some strengthening and stretching yoga poses. The session is customisable to your needs and you will be guided in aceiving good alignment in each pose.
